The combination of atmospheric oak framed barns and historic buildings which provide excellent private event facilities, of which include state of the art lighting, heating, and air aircon, superb catering and event management. The layout of our venues can facilitate both intimate functions or parties for up to 200 people, and seated dining from 15 to 180 – depending on venue. The atmosphere of your private event will come even more alive thanks to the subtly installed internal and external lighting, and surround sound systems. The bar, dining areas, chillout sofa areas and dancing floors in all venues are linked together meaning your guests can stay together all night. Alternatively, private function areas can be segmented or subdivided as required creating more flexible layout formats.

There are absolutely no winding country lanes for your guests to negotiate! And not only will you have exclusive hire of one of our venues, but you will also have the hire of acres of estate lands too. We give you complete exclusivity and privacy.
There are a range of accommodation options when holding your event with Unique Venues, including preferential advanced booking rates on nearby hotels within a ten minute radius, luxury B&Bs a stone’s throw away or even at one of our venues. We offer on-site well-appointed B&B accommodation for up to 22 guests!
